I dreamt I turned into a cat, living in a house that consists of a brother and a sister. There are lots of companion cats, some are older, some are infants, and some are the same age as well as my best friends. Every day we live the life of envying cats not people. The master's job is a truck driver; whenever they travel miles for work they take us along. As he sits in the drivers seat we lay back and watch the scenery, when I'm tired of the view we eat and play with the other cats. It seems as if this forever after life would last but some problems within the family are starting to occur. Master is still so kind to us so I never bothered. One day we hopped on the truck as always, from my cat's perspective looking through the windshield, I felt so superior as if God's eyes watching upon earth. High above humans look so puny and vulnerable. Master is very unfocused today, reading a magazine while driving. Sensing danger I started beating him angrily with my paw, constantly trying to swipe the magazine out of his hand. He would just raise his head and then push me away. Furious I turned my head and saw the scene where two jaywalkers flying in the air as they got hit by the truck. Yet Master didn't notice and the truck continued rumbling down the streets. Petrified I frantically started beating Master with all my might, feeling annoyed he looked up. At this very instance, there's a red light ahead but the brakes were too late. The by-passer that got hit was weak as paper, the truck spun around and flew into the air. Master passed out in the driver's seat all covered in blood, all the cats started crying out in fear. My alert cat friend told me to hurry up and whip out my kitty parachute. Somewhat taken back, I had no idea what that was. He told me it's in the basket besides Master, I jumped over to fetch it. He was releasing all the infant kitties out of their cage. Just when I got a hold of the basket, the truck tilted unexpectedly I lost my balance. It was already too late when I thought uh-oh. My body along with the basket flung out the opened window My cat friend pounced over to rescue me, he grabbed my arm but the force of gravity also sucked him out. Two cats falling from the end of the sky. Feeling total despair, about the same time as I thought," I'm going to see my kitty guts splatter across the streets, that is so sad..." a calm paw still grabbed my arm and said hurry up and get the parachute out of the basket. "He never gave up hope," almost worshiping him I thought to myself," therefore I can not give up" I quickly opened the basket and found two pieces of plastic, it was petite, suitable size for kitty arms to grab the two corners. At this time we fell out of the clouds, revealing the ground underneath. I quickly handed over a piece of plastic to him. We let go of each other trying to use these plastic sheets as parachutes. This is seriously amazing! The speed changed drastically Instant freefall acceleration g turned to a flutter but the other cat still cautiously told me to be careful and find soft soil to land. After all we fell from a high place, the speed was still very fast. This moment I started worrying about the other kitties that we abandoned in the sky, what would happen to them, since I took the kitty parachutes... The other cat said: it's useless to think about this now, there's nothing we can do for them, we should think about landing. Landing went smoother than I expected, however trouble just begun after we touched ground. The environment was unfamiliar to both of us. After all, we were tamed household pets, not wild cats. We seemed to fall into a traditional household, we ran around the yard searching for an exit but all we came upon were two big bold black hounds. They followed our scent and kept chasing after us. During the escape, we got separated. Being pursued to the extreme of my tiny paws could carry me I turned back to human. Back to my life and my job. No friends around to talk to, no exciting adventures or interesting stories in life. No lazy sunny afternoons, no time to wander freely and carelessly. Everything is about winning. Everything is about comparing. Salary. Achievements. Family. Dream. Children. Even the food (cafeteria) tastes horrible. Humans are so boring. So boring. So boring. So boring... I so want to turn back into a cat.
